Everything—the beautiful property, accommodations, service, atmosphere, food, and hospitality—exceeded my expectations. The resort itself is absolutely gorgeous and has such a distinctive Costa Rican character. I loved the beauty, tranquility, and attention to detail throughout the property. The staff made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for at every turn. Everyone I encountered was warm, professional, attentive, and accommodating. I travel extensively and have stayed at hotels and resorts around the world, so I recognize exceptional hospitality when I experience it. Costa Rica Marriott Hotel Hacienda Belén absolutely delivered. There was honestly nothing for me to complain about. Everything was extraordinary!
