"I had to come to town to take care of some errands and found myself in need of a hotel. Our stay was really very pleasant and cozy! The inn is very clean and well-kept. It was comfortable. The breakfast was great and the breakfast room is very pleasing, along with the flowers in the entryway. It is well taken care of. The only area that could be improved is the mattress, although the bedding itself was very comfortable. The toiletries were also very nice. I would be happy to stay here again. It was a great value for the price."

"We had a great time in Pagosa. The room was very clean and nice. The only thing that was somewhat disappointing was our patio was facing the parking lot and not the mountains or lake."

"Great house, location and value. Just as described along with pictures. Even had tow hot air balloons land outside our back porch on Sunday morning. There was a heat wave while there and without A/C, the upstairs was warm when we arrived, but each night we opened the windows that cooled down the house down for the next day.We will definitely be back next time in Pagosa Springs. Great value!"

"Neat cozy little place. Very comfortable and quiet. There was an issue with the WiFi. The host took care of it immediately. It was obvious they wanted to make sure we had a pleasant stay. There is a fully furnished upstairs bedroom, no bathroom. It made a great napping spot. Great location for walkers with pups. We stayed for a full two weeks. It was great."
