"It is a beautiful property, but there were issues. No hot water , no telephone and the tv didn’t work. Hot water and tv problems were fixed with a phone call, but shouldn’t have been an issue."

"We were first to stay at this property for the season, there were a few kinks but Bill was responsive and fair. Here is what is important.
