Absolutely wonderful hotel, very well placed for travelling round the city. Great staff and lovely breakfast options. I had one of the suites with the living room/diner. It was an excellent space. Lovely comfy beds Not suitable for people with mobility problems as there is no lift and it's four flights of stairs to breakfast. Beds also very high.

Clean and as expected! Staff was polite and professional. The room was cozy and a/c super cold. It was on the very edge of Polanco but still very walkable and centrally located. My only complaint is that it took a bit of tries to figure out the hot and cold water in the shower but figured it out.
