"While using the text option to ask questions, the staff member took a long time to respond and was rude. The room. Was clean and in good condition, however, the spa tub that was in my room was dirty! Cleaned it out my self prior to using it. "

The total remodel that Marriott has just completed is simply fantastic and the Marriott culture also shows in the new team which is a positive reflection on Marriot and its management.
