Majestic Mansion on State - Sleeps 13

Summary:
Beautiful, classic home in Appleton's Old Third Ward Historic District! Loads of hardwood floors, quarter-sawn oak trim, and style from a bygone era. Walk down to Fratellos for an evening meal, and enjoy views of the Fox River. Or walk downtown on college ave, just a couple blocks away. Great storage throughout. Kitchen has been updated, and does have a nice pantry area. Main floor laundry for convenience.

Uber and Lyft are available. The city bus station is downtown. Plenty of parking for up to 5 in the driveway if you have a vehicle. Street parking allowed during the day, and overnight seasonally if the city is notified.
