"The location was great and the staff was wonderful, helpful and very friendly for the most part. We had to be moved to another room because there was a lingering smell of wet rag in the original room. When we moved to the next room, the smell was even stronger but we didn’t want to be a burden. The infinity pool was great and has an amazing view of the beach where you can see all the surfers doing their thing. Our biggest issue was in the water of our rooms. We noticed that the water was not clean…it would come out brown/yellow from both the bathroom sink and shower which freaked us out when we started using it but stopped immediately and avoided using it altogether. When I addressed it to the front desk, she apologized and said it has something to do with the chemicals to clean the plants or something…I hope we don’t get sick from it.."
