"PArking was fairly easy, no issues there. Area is a little sketchy. AC worked. Half of the lamps in the room did not have any lightbulbs, the mini fridge was set to freezing when I arrived, and the TV was basically unusable for the entire week long stay. Still, overall room was decent, and staff were available to help when I needed it."

"I stayed 2 nights and it was a great experience. The unit is exactly like the pictures and the parking was easy on the street right in front of the house. Check in was very easy. Property located in the historic St. Ann's district and very close to University of Dayton and walking distance to Oregon district. Gretchen was very responsive.
