"Looked as though the property had been remodeled. Nice. However, the mattress was uncomfortable and the wash cloths were the smallest I have ever seen which made it very difficult to wash one’s back. The bathroom sink would not drain, which they unclogged upon request. The shower/tub drain stopper had to be removed to allow the tub to drain. The plunger on the shower/tub faucet was stuck on shower, which was a cold surprise the first time I used it. The room had an odor, which was an old musty smell and reminded me of one of my commercial property tenants who is a cannabis operator. In other words, the room smelled like marijuana. Also, breakfast was not included. I recommend you stay elsewhere."

I totally understand the policy, but the idea that I had all the confirmation numbers. The emails my wife was with me with her. Id, I had a photocopy of my I.D I but it got taken care of in the end"
