"Nice clean. helpful staff. parking lot a little tough to manage since on hill but it is what it is"

"The good: Hotel staff were friendly. Room was clean. Bed was firm but comfortable. WiFi worked well. The bad: Air conditioner was very noisy. Also, the coffee machine was ridiculously loud. Floor sloped. We specifically asked for a ground floor room, which we were assured we had and the room they gave us was upstairs. The pillows were hard and lumpy."

"The staff at the front desk was terrific. Got us a room before check in so we could get ready on time to attend the 90th birthday we were in town for. The service was the best."
