Front desk, guy was very rude, i went out and when i came back there were cars using two parking spaces, therefore no place to park, there was a parkin slot with a steel frame on it no chance to park without the car being damaged, response from the front desk guy was I can not do anything. Worst sevice.

Property is very basic. Breakfast chilaquiles were very good, but the staff was rather unprofessional. The hallways had an odor and the room was run-down. Receptionist was kind.

Mi estancia duró una hora llegue ala media noche a mi reservación. Luego d una hora llego mi acompañante al bajar por la persona a resepcion se me aserca una mujer trabajadora del hotel que se encontraba en el área de comedor tomando cervezas. Se me aserca y me dise k ya me abian comentado que no me podían rentar más x una supuesta queja del personal de limpiezasdisendo k mi abitacion estaban fumando cuando yo ni sikiera soy fumador. Me estaba cobrando 200 pesos como una multa y si no fuera poco me dijo frente a personas k estaban en el área en ese momento que me fuera del hotel. Tuve que salirme a buscar en laadrugafa donde poder pasar la noche. No tengo el nombre de la persona pero se que esta en respcion por las mañanas en el hotel Tec Norte
