"Room was spotless. Staff were excellent and accommodating. Great breakfast selection and we even had breakfast boxes provided for an early morning trip. Good location on range of all tourist attractions - walking distance of approx 30 mins with a wide range of restaurants nearby. Bus stop right outside the hotel which meant that travelling across the city was convenient and cheap. Would definitely recommend and stay here again :) "

"Room generally clean, pillows smelt of wax though which was a bit irritating. Gym was well equipped with technogym equipment. What you would expect of a 4 star hotel. Very good location."

"Hotel close to main attractions like trevi fountain and pantheon. Our room was in a separate building down the street. It was fine, staff helped us there. Breakfast was also in a restaurant down the street. You got your choice of several breakfast options, which were fine. "

"I stayed in room 406 for seven nights and overall had a mixed experience. The room—and especially the bathroom—was exceptionally clean, easily one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The breakfast was also quite good and very substantial, which was a nice way to start each day. That said, there were a few drawbacks. The room temperature was consistently too warm, and it appeared that the heating and air conditioning were centrally controlled, as the in-room thermostat didn’t seem to have any effect. This made sleeping very uncomfortable. Opening the window helped with the temperature, but it introduced way too much street noise for sleeping, so we opted for the room being too warm. While the breakfast quality was solid, the selection was exactly the same each day. After a week-long stay, a bit more variety would have been appreciated. Lastly, the elevator doors close too quickly—almost immediately after selecting a floor—and do not reopen once they begin closing. This made entering the elevator somewhat challenging when multiple people were getting on. I got separated from my husband and I witnessed the same thing happen to other people when the elevator doors locked us out."

"This is a gem of a hotel conveniently located within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Spanish Steps, and Roma Termini—all within a maximum of 15-20 minutes on foot. However, if you have luggage, it’s better to take a taxi to the train station. We walked a few times for day trips, and the walk was about 15 minutes at most. As for the hotel, the staff was very attentive, polite, and courteous. The breakfast crew was always kind and friendly. The facilities were clean, with a lovely view from the terrace. I would 100% recommend this place; we were very satisfied with our stay. "

"Unfortunately there isn’t a bar available in the lounge area and we had to change rooms due to an odour from the drains, saying that the staff dealt with it very quickly. Good location and friendly atmosphere. Beds were very comfortable and linen good quality. "
