The motel feels very safe, though I know there have historically been some safety concerns in the neighborhood, I felt quite safe walking to nearby restaurants. "Great location if you plan to use Seattle's light rail, it runs right by the hotel. There is shopping near by. Didn't use laundry facilities but they do have them. The thermostat works very well, room was very comfortable, bed was great!! "
