"The staff were great and let my family use the breakfast area for an evening family get together. It was great. However, the rooms had a musty smell and my son and daughter in-law had to move to another hotel because the hotel was full, but there room had a mold and mildew problem to where she was having difficulty breathing. The hotel (not Hotels,com) refunded one night. The HVAC and ventilation system needs improvement."

"This spacious, impeccably designed accommodation was relaxing and comfortable. Every amenity is provided, including heated floors in the bathroom, wonderful selection of books, information about places to visit during your stay, even chocolate treats to enjoy. My husband and I would definitely stay here again if we return to the beautiful Olympic Peninsula. Highly recommend visiting the nearby 140 acre Bloedel Reserve on Bainbridge Island with beautiful landscaping and well maintained trails."
