Coastal - Wittering - an annexe that sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms

A charming four bedroom single level home within a minutes walk of East Wittering beach.

Coastal offers single level accommodation for up to 8 guests with four double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with shower and one with shower over bath. All the bedrooms are to the rear of the house and are very quiet. The fourth bedroom is laid out as a suite and has a sitting area for working, a TV and large comfortable sofa.

There is a utility/wash room with washing machine a second dishwasher and a cosy little breakfast bar to enjoy your morning coffee.

The kitchen is a wonderful place to prepare your meals and the hosts have gone to every trouble to make sure guests can comfortably self cater for their stay in the modern well equipped kitchen includes kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, double electric oven and gas hob and microwave. The kitchen is open to a spacious sitting area with large smart TV and a dining area with seating for 8, over looking the sunny mature garden.

The garden is lovely and sunny and very private with a decking area and lawns.

Parking is on the driveway and we can offer space for 4 cars.

Coastal really is a lovely spot for a family visit to explore the south coast.

The beaches at Wittering really are beautiful, with stretches of sand to the West and more pebbles and sand at low tide and the beaches are gently shelving making them ideal for families. East Wittering village is a really friendly and lively place to visit with a mix of independently run businesses including, butchers, bakers and greengrocers. There are also many independent cafes and restaurants to sample and enjoy.

The nearest main city is Chichester and lies to the north with Goodwood just a short distance, host to The Festival of Speed and The Revival as well as Glorious Goodwood.

The famous Weald and Downland museum where The Repair Shop is filmed is approximately 20 minutes drive from Wittering.

For the avid shopper you may want to take a trip along the cost to the west where you will find Gunwharf Quays outlet shopping together with some fantastic bars and restaurants.
