The chef prepares wonderful meals that provide many different choices and the food quality is outstanding. I can’t recommend this resort enough and we will look forward to returning to Hacienda Chichén!"

"What a lovely place. A 17th century hacienda waiting to invite adventuresome guests. While only 8 km outside bustling Valladolid, you feel like you’ve stepped back in time. We were the only guests the three nites we were there which is a shame because it really is a lovely spot and all the staff is there to make your visit comfortable. We loved it"

The place is not for those seeking a hotel-like experience but we enjoyed the place for its uniqueness, the many animals, and for his amazing stories and breakfast.
