We were in Valladolid for the last night of our 8-day road trip. This hotel was a very nice surprise much better than we anticipated. Location is perfect, staff was absolutely amazing! It’s a new hotel and they did a wonderful job with decor and overall layout. Our room was very spacious and a nice balcony. The girl who checked us in gave us so many options for dinner and drinks, she was super helpful! There are a few restaurants in the hotel at the front to eat and even an outdoor bar and souvenir shop. I will absolutely stay here every time I sleep in Valladolid going forward.

We had a lovely stay at Waye hotel. It is about 10 mins walk to nearby restaurants and the town centre. It is clean, has a small pool upstairs for an afternoon dip and the staff is very helpful. Especially the young man that was really making an effort to help us with booking excursions. I would’ve recommend doing it through the hotel because we saw centres that were amazing and we were the only ones there! No mass tourism! Very nice stay and a mini market almost opposite the hotel. Nearby ADO bus station and I think the parking is also good, but we didn’t use it. Nice beds and good working aircon. I would’ve recommend doing definitely recommend this and thank you again for all your help!!

It is a small, friendly hotel with a small pool. I loved the secret garden and hammocks to relax. It’s good value - a little shabby in places which you would expect for the price. But a very cool roof top area to eat and a cute outdoor restaurant. Food reasonable. It’s a little far to walk in to the town in the heat but you can easily walk to the Convent & Valladolid sign. There’s a convenience store opposite (the right out the front) & a small car park to the back.

The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. There was a good restaurant at the hotel. The location was convenient and quiet. There is a grassy area right outside your room if you are traveling with a pet. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice hotel. Superb breakfast. The rooms are simple, nicely appointed. A/C is cold, and must-have here. At night, there is a bar/restaurant outside with very nice live music. My room faced the garden, and I could not hear a thing, but I am not sure about the rooms facing the street. All in all, great value for money, and - it is dog friendly! There is a resident dog: a beautiful and friendly black labrador.

Great stay!

The place was very cute and cosy. It was well situated (on a Main Street but no issues for parking). The staff was very helpful and quite to follow up on things. Breakfast was cancelled due to renovations but they reimbursed us the price of Breakfast.

Hurricane Haven

We booked this hotel to get away from Hurricane Beryl. Check in was a little cumbersome. Upon arrival, the hotel was bracing for the storm and amenities were limited. Completely understandable. Our first night was fine. The eye of the storm passed over the hotel the next morning and there was a power outage at 9am and did not return. Staff brought fruit and a sandwich to each room, which was nice. We decided to not stay for the second reserved night. Room was non-refundable, which was fine. However, they asked for $300.00 pesos per night for a pet deposit but were not able to refund the pet deposit for the unused night. It was a reasonable request but not honored. Again, not a big deal but I don't think there was really anyone in charge present when we checked out. Felt very secure as the hurricane blew over the top of us. Great layout to escape a storm.
