Awesome location. It is close enough to walk to restaurants, shops, attractions, and the bus station, but quietly tucked away in the Candelaria Square. The hostel was clean and the staff was friendly. Beautiful outdoor eating/rec area. Delicious (and free) breakfast, too.

Being an older, world traveler, I was somewhat hesitant to stay in a hostel. I knew that I had made the right decision as soon as I had arrived. The hostel is full of colour and has a very positive vibe. My room was spotless with a big comfortable bed. The grounds and eating area (delicious and varied breakfast served daily) are surrounded by a mini jungle. A great 5 night stay and very positive experience.

Better than nothing

The back space is absolutely beautiful. The location couldn't be any better. The beds were comfortable and the staff was wonderful. Unfortunately they are very cheap when it comes to keeping the spaces cool. If you were on the top bunk you had very little air while the bottom bunks were cold. The space was so damp that when I got to my next location I had to layout all of my clothes just so they would dry out. I would definitely stay there again but not in the dorm.

Pros: cool patio, fine staff, good localization. Cons: the dorm was on the corridor, so noisy, and the way of locking the hotel door is weird.
