"We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"The staff was incredible! Our room was dated and the bed was not great- needed to be replaced (sank/tagged a lot on one side/ corner) and the room just felt dated. Pretty clean. The bathroom was nice! Confusion about pool. Some places say the pool/ hot tub are available, but they are not. This hotel is a great location. Parking is pricier than other properties nearby and not very convenient- we used public parking 2 blocks away. Would we return? Maybe. For the price, we'd probably end up choosing a different hot next time."

"Shower was very clean. Room was quite small. The discolored carpets were not so good to look at. The quality of customer service was lacking. The multiple gentlemen at the front entrance never helped hold the doors even with me bringing in and out two big heavy bags i had to position my 7 year old in the door way each time to lean against the heavy doors to keep them open while I hauled the bags in or out. The staff just usually stared at us while we figured it out. Housekeeping ladies were great! The gentleman at the coffee shop was quite rude both times i went to buy coffee in the mornings. So the third morning i decided to make the coffee in my room. When i asked initially if the coffee was complimentary his response was " there is a free thing of water over there ma'am". When i proceeded to pour myself a cup of coffee he immediately begun hounding me about payment i had to tell him 3 times that i would pay as soon as i was done making my cup. Front desk staff also had an air of dismissiveness."
