Residents enjoy easy access to the beautiful Lake Michigan shoreline just a short ride away, as well as proximity to popular destinations like Wrigley Field, the iconic home of the Cubs, and the bustling nightlife along Belmont and Clark Streets. The area is filled with trendy restaurants, cozy cafes, and boutique shops, making Lakeview a highly desirable place to live and explore.



Getting Around:

The Southport and Paulina CTA Brown Line stations are conveniently located just steps from the apartment, making travel to downtown Chicago and around Lakeview fast and simple. Complementing these train options, the neighborhood is also served by several bus routes, ensuring easy and flexible transit for residents and visitors alike.

Additional screening may be required, including a government-issued ID or a security deposit when applicable.

Pet-friendly with prior approval and pet fee. Cats only. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated, must comply with quiet hours, and are not permitted on furniture. The pet fee does not cover damage to furniture, bedding, rugs, or excessive hair/odor removal.



After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure link to complete your reservation details. Through that link, you’ll also have the option to add a $35 non-refundable Damage Waiver.

The waiver provides up to $400 in coverage for certain accidental damage that may happen during your stay, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.

Coverage is limited to qualifying accidents and does not include intentional damage, missing items, unauthorized parties or events, excessive cleaning, pet-related damage, negligence, misuse, or house-rule violations.

If you decide not to add the waiver, any damage charges that apply during your stay will remain your responsibility.
