Spacious suite and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I was only in town for work so I wish I had more time to enjoy this great hotel. It’s perfect if you’re in town to explore Chicago — there’s even a cooler in the room to take to the beach!

This was a great little apartment to stay in while visiting my daughter at DePaul. It’s about a 20 minute walk to campus through lovely, tree-lined streets. The neighborhood around d the apartment is lively and pretty loud, but the apartment itself wasn’t too loud with the windows shut. I enjoyed the little back porch, the clean bathroom with Malin & Goetz products, the great coffee maker, the comfy beds, and the easy entry. The property felt safe.

Close to downtown. Many small independent neighbourhood restaurants, cafes, bars, even a blues venue, nearby. A park big enough for a run two blocks away. A few blocks away from the lake and its sidewalk. The interior design of the flat is impecable. Clean, easy access, prompt response to requests, well equipped. 5+ stars.

Great stay and exactly what we needed. Instructions were clear and everything we needed was marked. Beds were cozy and spacious. Only thing (not enough to lower my rating) is there was more pet fur from previous tenants on a lot of the furniture—especially the more velvet chairs—than we were expecting. The chairs could use a good washing/spot cleaning too. Also, the shower pressure in the primary bath was lower. However, we really enjoyed this stay and would come again!

Location is very ideal. Virtual staff was very responsive. Check-in and check-out instructions were very clear. You have an "VRBO" or "AirBNB" experience with this place - amenities, privacy, location - but also gives you a hotel experience. Check-out instructions were: "just leave the place reasonably tidy" and let us know if you need anything else. There's some construction going on next door so daytime noise will be reasonably louder. But that's part of the city charm. Other than that, I will definitely stay here again.

Very clean and welcoming. Did not have any need to interact with staff other than a quick text when leaving. Only caveat: We were on the fourth floor and there is no elevator, so arriving and even departing were a little challeging with luggage.

We loved having our own little apartment. Although we didn’t use it, having laundry as an option was great. Very simple, cute decor, loved all the Chicago touches. Excellent location! We plan to stay there on our next trip to Chicago.

This was such a lovely place to stay for a getaway. It's right in the heart of a great spot in lincoln park with easy access to restauraunts. The staff were nothing but friendly and all of the instructions were clear and politely provided. I would absolutely stay here again and will recommend it to others. Thanks for such a memorable and great stay! P.S. - our room had the most comfortable bed i have ever experienced.

The apartment was clean and well furnished. The spund machines in each bedroom were a thoughtful touch for a downtown location. There was a handbook with lots of helpful info on the neighborhood and dining/entertainment options. Staff were readily available via text and very helpful. Will stay there again.
