We like the place it was very clean and spacious very convenient in the sense on the location for people who are visiting. The only comment I have is regarding the bed and the pillows…They mattress was not super comfortable and the pillows smelled like sweat.

I love the location, self-check-in, and full kitchens, but there is zero insulation between rooms, so if you happen to have neighbors, it is very loud.

I don't have any real complaints about the hotel, room or any of the facilities. Everything went as planned and without issues. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I would consider staying here again for business travel. The area is not the best and it shows, it is a little sketchy and you need to be aware of your surroundings, especially as you enter or exit the facility. This is outside the control of the hotel, but it should be considered if you have family traveling with you. The hotel has good safety measures in place and controlled entry, which is nice. Overall I will stay here again and recommend it for individual business travel.

The hotel was super easy to find! The area it was in was safe. I will say the floors were a little dirty and there was no dryer, just a washer. The windows were a little dirty so you couldn’t really see outside the window. Overall the stay was good

Fantastically located snd brilliantly appointed aparthotel. Absolutely perfect for our stay, where we were competing at the HYROX world championships. The room was super spacious and had all amenities you could wish for.

Nice spacious room with full kitchen. Shower door wrongly installed, flooding bathroom every time. Not beat area of downtown. Not soundproof - can hear every word from apartment next door and on top.

Apartment was exceptionally clean and easy to find! There is one small flight of stairs to reach the elevator. No trouble entering building with provided code. Several dining options within walking distance which was a plus. I would absolutely stay here again when in the area!

Our apartment was very good, spacious and well equiped and we enjoyed our 6 night stay. It's well located for Union Station (which is very close by), Sears Tower and the Blue / 'L' line. However, the lobby area and the immediate outside of the block do need some TLC / upgrading due to wear and tear - first impressions on arrival are not great.

Loved staying here - it felt like we were living in Chicago, clean and well styled. Loved the exposed brick and ability to store luggages before and after check in / check out. Great location too, right next to an amazing brekky spot!

Great location

Really nice facility in cool open-beamed and exposed brick space. Water pressure really low in bathroom sink but good in shower. Great location just a block from Union Station.
