Extremely clean space that was perfect for our group. We didn't spend a lot of time in the home during our stay, but when we did it was fantastic. Only minor gripe would be the upstairs neighbors, they were occasionally quite loud and woke us up a few times in the middle of the night. Would absolutely stay here again, if/when we come back to the area.

The location and price are good but cleanliness and maintenance issues will keep us from re-booking this property. The beds are comfortable and free parking on site is available. The unit is downstairs and may not be accessible for all people.

Responsive Host, Decent Stay, but Cleanliness Needs Attention

We had an overall pleasant stay at this home in Chicago. The property was as described and offered a comfortable base for our visit. Ryan, the host, was highly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which we greatly appreciated.However, there are a few areas where the experience could have been improved. Parking was noted as free and available on the street, but we found it quite difficult to find spots nearby, especially during evening hours. Additionally, one of the rooms appeared to have bed bugs, which was concerning, and the overall cleanliness of the property did not fully meet our expectations.Despite these issues, the home itself had potential and, with some attention to detail, could offer an excellent stay. We still enjoyed our time in the city and would cautiously recommend this property, especially given the host’s responsiveness and willingness to assist.
