With endless award-winning food options, nightlife, a budding arts scene, great entertainment, and easy access to downtown, this neighborhood checks off all of the boxes!

    The space
    Top floor 2 bed/1 bath (1 queen-sized, and 1 full-sized) open concept apartment in a quaint two-floor building.

    -Free private covered garage space included in your nightly rate with the ability to rent the 2nd space for a $50 flat fee during your stay.

    -Guest-controlled Central Air/Heat.

    -Dishwasher, filtered water line, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops.

    -Fully functional kitchen with the basics that you would need to cook a meal at home. (coffee, tea, creamer, salt/pepper, and oil).

    -Private In-Unit Washer and Dryer available for use during your stay.

    -Small private patio area with seating for use during the Spring and Summer months.

    Guest access
    The entire apartment is private and available to only you during your stay.

    Other things to note
    The light to the kitchen is right behind the fridge directly to your right-hand side when walking into the kitchen from the back door.

    1 garage space is included in the nightly rate. We offer the option of renting the 2nd garage space for a $50 (flat fee) if you so choose.

    *Noise detection device on site that alerts hosts to parties and or concerning disturbances. (Zero tolerance for parties or inconsiderate groups).

    We require a $100 security deposit be placed on file through our property management software. The deposit will be witheld 2 days before arrival, and will be released 2 days after the completion of your stay if no damages are reported.

Great stay in an awesome area. Plenty of food/drinking options within walking distance. The 606 trail is a stone’s throw away if you want to walk/run that. I lived near this area for 12 years and get easily get to my fave spots by foot, scooter, train, etc. wicker park and Logan square are great neighborhoods to hang in and Humboldt park is a huge solid park to spend time in.
