Perfect stay

Overall, the property was presented perfectly and accurately in all the pictures and descriptions. Even for just a couple, the space was extremely cozy and comfortable. The neighborhood was great as well. Access was the easiest I have had for a rental and communication was fast and easy as well. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

One week stay.

We had a lovely stay. Easy drive to IIT where our youngest has a place. Convenient to public transit and Divvy. Took Divvys along the lake to Art Institute, Field Museum, and boat tours. Hosts communicated clearly and were readily available. We would definitely stay again. Cute place!!

Nicely appointed Kenwood Apartment

This is a beautiful apartment close to everything for exploring Chicago. Stayed with my parents for a UChicago graduation and they loved it! Stylish, comfortable and more spacious than the photos suggest. It is on the 3rd floor, but the nicely finished interior steps made my Mom feel comfortable and it is totally worth it for the view from the large window or the back porch deck. We had coffee there every morning. Just lovely! The neighborhood was quiet and there was ample street parking. Access was great to campus or to downtown, the Museum of Science and Industry, and all the amazing things Chicago has to offer. It was a terrific visit and I highly recommend this apartment.

Fantastic place to stay and entertain

The property owner is fantastic to interact. Place is very clean and ample amenities to entertain. I enjoyed the verity of coffee cups and option to watch Netflix and Prime Videos at night. Place is full of light in the day which we loved. Beach is very close by.

Spacious Apt. in Nice Quiet Neighborhood blocks from Lake Michigan

My two adult children and I really enjoyed staying in this modern, clean, stylish two bedroom, 1/2 bath 3rd floor apartment by the Lake. The owner was very responsive and quickly brought by extra sheets and towels upon request. We’d stay there again whenever we visit Chicago!

Can’t recommend enough. So easy, so clean - we were exhausted coming in from hellish flight with two babies and everything was so well set up for us. Really appreciate how communicative host was, and location was perfectly situated. Will def come back when we visit family !

Birthday getaway

I have to say that we really enjoyed our stay! The property had everything we needed and even felt like a hotel. Everything was updated and the beds were so comfortable! We could tell that they put a lot of thought into how to make your experience a relaxing one. The host was very nice, checked in with me during our stay and left us very easy instructions and information for the wifi and etc. I’d definitely recommend this property for any small group or solo trip to Chicago.
