Hyatt Regency O'Hare Chicago

"We stayed here after a connecting flight was cancelled and rebooked to the following day. The shuttle comes every 15 min so it was easy to get to and from Ohare. Room was clean. And staff was so kind! Just what we needed after a crazy day of traveling. No complaints!"

Hotel Felix River North/Magnificent Mile

"First I was thinking that the hotel is a good place. The location was very good close to tourist attractions. The room I had reserved was on top floor which I was expecting a view but the room had a small window facing some other building rooms.the room had issues at the beginning which was the toilet was wobbly and I saw a bug on the ceiling plus some spider web. The main issue was at the last night of the stay the AC of the hotel was not working and after several calls someone came and said it’s fixed and after they left the issue was not fixed and after calling the front desk 10 times I had to go down at midnight to see no one was there. The next day after having a bad night sweating I went to talk to the manager she was so unreasonable telling me that the issue was due to weather and they will be able to give us a very little compensation which didn’t make sense to me as I couldn’t sleep the whole night. Anyway do a better search and ont pay $300 for a night with this problems"

"Room was clean and staff was nice for the most part the bar staff seemed annoyed about us ordering and being there till 12am. The big issue with this place is the rooms themselves no water pressure and no working tv or fridge. Also would like to add you can tell their refurbishment was half done but the elevator is very fast the placement of hotel is awesome and security is good"

The Chicago Hotel Collection - Magnificent Mile

10/10 Excellent

"The bartenders were great. The rooftop bar is quaint and dark. Nice vibe. The hotel itself is tight, but it was in a perfect location to shopping on Michigan Avenue. Leo was great with valeting our car. It is also very close to the Northwestern Medical campus and the Children's Hospital. Overall, it was a good location for a short stay."

"It was our worst stay . Room was filthy . Sofa /couch had urine marks . I have photographs . They did not clean rooms for 2 days . Towels were not replaced. Staff asked to see them in person to collect towels . Telephone call were not picked or answered ."
