Elegant 3 Bedroom and 1 Bath Apartment

Experience top quality in a spacious 3 bed 1 bath apartment during your next visit to Chicago. We are located in West Ridge, on the far North side of Chicago. During the visit, guests have the entire apartment to themselves and feel at home with much space and privacy. The unit is best suited for couples, families with children, business travelers, and large groups up to 6-8 guests.
The space
This spacious apartment is located on the 2nd floor and it features a large living room with a work area, a fully updated private kitchen, three bedrooms (2 queen-size beds and 1 full-size bed), and one bathroom.

The kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops, new appliances, an oven with a gas range, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a coffee machine.

Guests will enjoy complimentary amenities such as Free WiFi, cable Smart HDTV with built-in applications (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu), and convenient self-check-in with the keypad.

Our stay at this place was fantastic! The place was spotless and had plenty of room for our whole group. The kitchen was stocked with enough dishes and appliances for everyone. The owner not only reached out to welcome us but was also responsive and quick to get back to any messages. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Chicago, I highly recommend here.

This apartment can easily sleep 6 people. It is near Devon Ave, and there are many good restaurants nearby. Parking is difficult however.

Nice place

We were in town for a cubs game and stayed. Nice spot not too far from Wrigley with some interesting spots near it with lots to do. We slept six comfortably. There is only one bathroom which was cutting it close for 6 but other than that it was an enjoyable stay.

Nice place near a lot of things

This was a very nice place for 6 people to stay. It was near enough to everything that it was easy to get to places. Parking on the street was an issue so be mindful that if you are looking to always park out front.

spacious and confortable!

This was the perfect set up for my 2 friends and I. We each had the privacy of our own bedroom, but also plenty of room in the kitchen dining and living room for us all to be comfortably. Very quiet street and building! Parking could be difficult if you bring your own car as the street was pretty full, but we got lucky to get a spot right out front the night we were there. A bit farther from Wrigley than I was thinking it would be, but plenty of Uber/Lyft drivers around to get me back and forth.

Walkable interesting location, helpful host, property a bit dated

This dense urban location is fun and colorful, especially if you are into Indian or Pakistani food and culture. Leafy residential street, not noisy but very near the main business street. Good sized place for 4 people if they can share one bathroom and one TV. Walk up 1.5 stories from street level. Not too elegant, it's rather dated (only partly remodeled), and the furnishings and decor are a bit sparse. Nice hardwood floors. Powerful air conditioner but you sure hear it. Kitchen is big and functional. Never did find the laundry, maybe it was in the locked basement. Cleanliness was initially not ok, but manager was helpful and fixed it next day.

Great location

The stay was great, the apartment was spacious and good for three couples but not so good for four individuals. An air mattress was available. In the listing it showed a sofa in the living room but the sofa was not all that great for a person to comfortably sleep. Adequate for a few days which we did. The apartment says that it can accommodate 8 people however the plates and bowls are not enough for more than 3-4 people. If you plan to cook at the apartment, the pots and pans and other cooking accessories are not in the best shape. Teflon pans that have the Teflon coming off, no mixing bowls or other containers to store food if there are leftovers. The bathroom was not in best shape. Ceramics in the shower are coming off, the floor will a stained with rust or something orange that fell. In all there are opportunities for the owner to make this place a highly desirable place to come and stay and and want to come back to. We were not too disappointed with the things that were missing and generally happy with the place. Would I recommend this place to someone else, it would not be on the top floor f my list but also wouldn’t discourage someone from staying here. Would I come back, probably not. Mostly because I would try to find something else within the area that accommodates the needs that I have.
