Prostitution area. I stood outside to have a cigarette and a guy drove up to me looking for entertainment. Hotel needs to finish renovating because phones didn’t work and ac was leaking on the floor I woke up to a puddle of water by my bed. Beds were comfortable snd shower was nice

Nothing like bulletproof glass at front desk

Appearance was a mess, a pot full of soil holding the door open, place looked filthy and the bulletproof glass in front of the front desk was far from welcoming. I checked in because I was already in line, walked to the car to tell my husband we were NOT staying there, and walked back in a checked out. The front desk gentleman was polite.

There was no garbage can or garbage bags in room no cups. Room needs painting and upgrades. The pro was sheets smelled good and i felt comfortable laying in bed. It was ok. I guess u get what u pay for

Convenient location. The front desk and house keeping were great. However, on multiple separate occasions over several weeks I had maintenance workers opening my door to access my room even after numerous complaints to the front desk, so safety and personal privacy doesn’t seem to exist. I believe they are doing upgrades which is very much needed. Water pressure is poor, heating in the room didn’t always work so got quite cold, no breakfast as mentioned, beds need to be replaced. House keeping is every 3 days not daily. I’d recommend for one or two nights at most if looking for cheap stay.

The pictures online are a total lie compared to what they actually look like. Our door doesn’t have the extra lock latch. Our toilet tank top is cracked in half. You have to have the bathroom fan on to shower or the fire alarm goes off because they stupidly installed a sprinkler IN the shower. There are only 4 channels on the tv and the WiFi does not work. Your blanket is basically a flat sheet. The ONLY positive is that the bed is clean and the worker was nice. Do not recommend staying here if you are a woman traveling alone. Luckily I have someone with me.

The hotel was a said to be a "Smoke Free" hotel. It smelled of smoke all day and night. So there were people smoking in the building. Repairs were not fixed i hotel before my visit. Rooms dod not smell the best. Chair was dirty. Beds were cleaned. But I always bring my own bedding. So thats what I used. Beds were comfortable, but pillows were Not. I would not stay here again or recommend staying her. It not a the best , very low grade! Only thing I would sat is staff was nice.

The air and the bed was good. Everything else about this place was horrible. They had a horrible shower it barely worked. The door look like it didn’t get worked on in 10 years. The a/c was broken apart but still worked. The workers didn’t seem to care enough about anything. My girlfriend and I felt itchy after leaving. The walls are very thin and made me feel like I had no privacy at all. Nothing in there felt up to date to the time we are in. Felt like I went back to 2010. And there was blood on the towels. Take it out of business please so no one else has to deal with this place and how uneasy it makes people feel.

i booked a king deluxe room that comes with the spa hot tub. first i couldn't figure out how to turn the tub on so i had to get a staff member to help. the staff member turned the tub jets on and dirt exploded out the jets it was disgusting. i wanted to leave so bad but my boyfriend cleaned the tub out himself the results were horrible. i don't know when was the last time housekeeping cleaned the tub but they need to be fired. it was hair all inside the jets of the tub the paint on the bathroom walls was not finished. when we arrived to the hotel it looked abandoned and the name didn't say Days Inn it said Halsted Inn . it was abandoned construction material all outside the hotel and stored inside the lobby area like the hotel is about to begin renovating. the hotel lacked basic things like a ice machine and ice buckets , the room only had one small wash cloth for bathing. however, the bed was so comfortable and the tv service provider was really good although the tv was tiny. overall, i would never stay here again im very disappointed considering the fact this was supposed to be a Wyndham brand hotel.

Condition of building was bad, $100 deposit instead of $30 like listed, does not look like the pictures whatsoever, thinnest blanket and pillows, screaming in lobby at 2 am, vacuuming and loud noises in hallway at 4 am. For being empty, they gave us the farthest room from the door. Only nice thing was the updated bathroom. Will not return.

There was no ice bucket, no water, the floor was peeling and i tripped. The sink faucet handle came off, the water pressure was not good and why only 3 pillows that were flat. The elevator floor was peeled.
