Chicago-burb -Medinah -1 King and 1 Queen beds

  • 1600+ square feet, raised ranch house full BASEMENT ONLY in a half acre lot - spacious living room with 2 bedrooms (King and Queen beds) and 1 full bath. Complete amenities and wet bar area for entertainment. Ideal for short stay, hotel type. Kitchenette and laundry room.
    An attached stove in the grill is available in the deck.
    New mattresses and progressively updating for professional look. Keyless entry (Yale Nest), full privacy.
    The space
    Raised ranch house BASEMENT ONLY with 2 bedrooms - a king and a queen beds, 1 full bathroom and spacious living/entertainment room. Tiles throughout the basement-mostly heated floor. Spacious closets.
    Entertainment living room has 60 inches smart TV with SONOS playbar attached. Wet bar for social drinking.

    Complimentary breakfast -oatmeal, chips/crackers, drinks and other stuff.

    It's a smart place with Nest Keyless entry and Nest- Smart Mesh Wi-Fi.

    I consistently upgrading my place. It might appear different during your stay but for better and decent look.

    If you have any questions. Please don’t hesitate to direct message (DM) me. I have a co-host named Mark who lives nearby that is available if needed especially if I’m traveling.

Visiting family and the location was central to get to all. We enjoyed everything about this space: very clean, comfortable beds & seating, cool during hot weather and nice view of gardens from deck. We enjoyed our stay here very much! The extended driveway that goes back to the private entrance was convenient! The bedrooms on opposite sides of the living and kitchen rooms was perfect for privacy! Bathrooms were nice as well as all the furnishings. The location was perfect, quiet but convenient. The beds are super comfy! Book this place, u will be happy you did!! Great communication with the host also!

What a nice place! Though it is a basement, it feels like a home. Well decorated, well stocked with drinks and snacks, full amenities. Large bathroom and kitchenette was more than adequate for our family of four for a long weekend. We didn’t need to do any cooking.

Our stay in medinah was great. a lot of room, 2 clean bedrooms large open backyard for children , deck for adults with privacy and safe neighborhood with a lot to do in area . Most of all the host Jehu was the best host . he is helpful.we enjoyed our stay during our remodel to our home . Highly recommend. attentive when you need anything

Wonderful Host and Getaway

Jehu was a wonderful host. Just about anything you may need was already provided so that there was no need to run to the store if arriving later in the evening (water, snacks, coffee, paper goods, etc.). Our stay was quiet in a peaceful and attractive area of Medinah; the driveway and access to the back entrance was well-lit. Staying here was so much more comfortable than being at a hotel - like a home away from home! We would definitely consider staying here again!

Everything was perfect! Ran into the host as we were leaving for the museum one day and he was great as well. As we spent most of our days downtown, we were always able to find somewhere near the house for late night dinner and/or snacks.
