Our apartment is located right next to the beach and a very nice path to take long walks where you can enjoy the views of Lake Michigan.

The space
Our lovely two bedroom unit features SS appliances,hardwood floors, large closets, upgraded kitchen and bathroom. Building is near public transit and we are walking distance from south boulevard beach (Approximately a 3-4 minute walk!)

Other things to note
-CAUTION: Running multiple AC units at one time will trip the circuit breaker and you’ll lose electricity. Only (2) AC units on at any one time.

-This apartment is located on the 3rd floor and requires walking up 3 flights of stairs.

Good Stay

Looks recently renovated. Had good, comfortable beds, nice decorations, nice kitchen, well decorated, had all the basics needed, clean. The host was very responsive in my experience. Pay attention to the directions on how to get to the front door because we didn’t, we thought we’d just go on the nearest entrance and ended up in the back door, which doesn’t have a key to get you in and the door code will not work on the back entrance. Overall we had a very good experience.

Close to the water

Spacious 2BR apartment. Communication with host: Polite and responsive. Location: Only 2 blocks to the lake. Super easy to walk by the water in 5 minutes. Small parks nearby too. The first grocery store (Trader Joe’s) is about 20 min away by foot. Whole Foods is 35 minutes away by foot. Cleanliness: very good except the cutlery and dishes which needed a wash. Otherwise, the place is well cared for. Soundproofness: Poor. As in all old buildings of this kind, you hear what the neighbors do and say and they do you. WiFi: Good.

The apartment had everything you might require. The only negative I could come up with is that despite the apartment having 3 can openers, not one of them worked! The fact that there were 3, shows the efforts of the host...

Nice Place, poor attention from property owner

Nice place & location. Low rating due to no response from owner after we checked in & sent multiple messages inquiring about basic kitchen related items we needed. Only response was a message reminding us about check out procedure.
