Nice place, great location!

Everything was easy about our stay. Easy check in, Dean was responsive, street parking available and close proximity to great Chicago neighborhoods. This garden apartment was spacious and comfortable, very clean and orderly and nicely furnished. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location and large unit

The rental is in a great location, convenient to many attractions. The rooms are large, the bathroom newly renovated, and the kitchen fairly well appointed. The host is as responsive to requests.

Great little getaway

Great location for plans at Wrigley, able to walk there and back, or catch the Brown Line into downtown for other adventures. Great restaurants in the neighborhood too. The apartment had everything we needed, was easy to access, safe and comfortable. I will definitely remember this place next time I’m in Chicago. Thank you!

We loved our stay

Great place!

This apartment was perfect for our family of four. Very clean and easy walk to the brown line. Great restaurants within walking distance and felt like a very safe neighborhood. We will be back next time we come to Chicago :)

Great neighborhood

Convenient, clean condo that is walkable to the Brown Line and plenty of restaurants. Our elementary-aged kids loved exploring the neighborhood and taking the train downtown. The futon and cot worked well for the kids.

Great spot! Great Location!

My son and I went to Chicago to go to a White Sox game and a Cubs game. We knew nothing about the area but it turned out to be the perfect spot. The place was exactly as described and Dean was extremely responsive to all requests. A perfect spot for 2 people!

Wonderful, Safe Little Haven in Chicago

Dean and Diane were wonderful hosts. The location was safe and close enough to all of the major attractions. Public transit is awesome! There’s a bus stop less than a minute walking from the doorstep and entrance to the metra is about 8 minutes walking. Perfect! Clean, cozy, and considerate accommodations. Would stay again!

The apartment was fantastically located near Wrigley Field. The only reason I have a 4-Star review was because of the sofa! Seriously the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever sat upon! Hosts were wonderful and communicated everything!

Let me start with the location. Location was perfect. Lots of free parking if you have a car. Check- in was very easy. Clean & spacious. Never felt crowded Which I appreciate x.
