Modern, large, & art filled downtown townhouse in Chicago's happening RiverWest neighborhood. 3000+ sq ft 4-bedroom 3.5 bathroom modern home on five levels. Everything is new, beautiful, and waiting for you.

1-minute walk to blue line station at Chicago Ave, + buses everywhere. Located in a great neighborhood - RiverWest. Walking distance to Michigan Avenue, the blue line, & great restaurants nearby. Fulton Market / West Randolph St. 10 minute walk.

Home has amenities of million dollar property. 5-floors of luxury. Privacy & Security. Gourmet kitchen 4-bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms. Can comfortably sleep 12/14. We recently added two new sleeper sofas for added flexibility for our guests.

Our host was super friendly, accommodating and responded quickly to all inquiries. The house has multiple levels so, for guests with limited mobility, it was a challenge to get from one floor to another. There are a few great restaurants within walking distance (The Dawson & LaScarola). Overall we enjoyed our stay with our family of 9 during the holiday season.

Great location and very accommodating

Just finished a stay at this pristine property. Cary the owner of the property was extremely accommodating allowing us to check in early and check out late to suit our travel needs. The property is located in a good location close to lots of restaurants and bars within a few minutes of short ride share rides. Highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again when coming back to visit Chicago.

Best Vrbo Experience Yet!!

We planned a much needed girls weekend at this wonderful property and it exceeded all of our expectations! The home is beautiful and clearly has been well taken care of. The rooms were wonderful and spacious. The location was I great and in walking distance of so many local spots. Space was perfect for (small) adult family reunion. Lots of space to retreat to - and lots of space to be together. Plenty of Bathrooms for privacy. Kitchen / bath fixtures and finishes are great. A few spots that show the age of latest renovation - but overall still great. Bed/bedding was excellent. Location was nice for enjoying Fulton Market, River North, and the Loop. Contact with host was perfect: timely, cheerful, helpful. Would certainly do again
