The two upstairs bedrooms have a California King bed with a walk-in closet and a queen size bed with a work desk and a chair. The basement has 2 bedrooms. One has a king size bed and a work station and the 2nd bedroom comes with a queen size bed with a work station as well. There is also 1 full bath in the basement.

We loved our stay! I held a retreat with my leadership team, and the house was perfect for our needs. It was very quiet and peaceful with a lovely backyard and great proximity to lots of local restaurants and amenities. The place was very clean and spacious and furnished very tastefully and comfortably. The beds were incredibly comfortable, so we all slept very well. Overall, we would gladly stay here again.

Location was very close to the Chicago Illinois Temple for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Very convenient. Worked great for our group of 4 adult men.

We had a mini cousin reunion with family who drove in from different states. No one here has a house big enough to have all of us, so this was the perfect option. The house was lovely, neighborhood very nice, easy to get to, and the host was gracious making us feel like we were all at home. I’d give it 10/5 stars if I could!
