Please note that the apartment is situated on the third floor and can only be accessed via stairs.



Before your stay can be confirmed, we kindly require a valid government-issued ID and a brief screening.



*Optional Damage Waiver*



For a one-time, non-refundable fee of *$35, you can choose to add a Damage Waiver to your reservation. This provides up to *$400 in coverage for eligible accidental damage** during your stay, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.



Please note that the waiver does not cover intentional damage, missing items, pet-related damage, excessive cleaning, or damage caused by unauthorized parties or events, negligence, misuse, or house rule violations.



After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure link where you can complete your reservation details and choose whether you’d like to add the waiver.



If you decide not to purchase it, any applicable damage charges would remain your responsibility.
