This is literally the best new construction available in downtown Chicago. We just took the tape off this brand new construction property (September 2019). EVERYTHING is 100% new!

Our rooftop patio cannot be beat! We have a refrigerated wine cooler on the rooftop to make the experience complete! There is plenty of seating around our outdoor TV. Enjoy the rooftop TV for a game or a movie under the lights of the city. It is an incredible experience!
