"Room needs to be updated, Charged my card 3 times and didn’t try to fix the issue, after I showed them that they charged me. Didn’t have enough amenities in the room. Furniture needs to be replaced "

"Room was clean, staff was very helpful although there was only one bartender on St Pattys weekend. Valet were very nice and helpful. Great views of the lake and safe neighborhood. Would stay again. "

"Hot water pressure was very very low. Had to leave the shower running for an hour turn it off completely then turn it back on for the pressure to work. "

"The staff was friendly and check-in was easy. The only down fall was there’s only valet parking otherwise will have to pay for street parking. Overall visit was great. Would definitely come back if I’m ever in the Chicago area again. :)"

"Room was clean (including bathroom), my view was beautiful, and the hotel staff were very helpful with any questions/concerns during my stay and they were very informative upon check-in. The one amenity, the bar, was under construction a bit (still open), but less welcoming then. I also had to unexpectedly leave a day early and they did not charge me for the extra day I wouldn't be there which I really appreciated. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe here and it is very centrally located - great walking area. Overall, would give this hotel an 8/10. "
