"I was double charged for the room. When I checked in, they said they were taking a deposit. I waited for the normal 7-10 days for the deposit to be refunded. It never was. I called 3 weeks later and they said it wasn’t a deposit. It was the room charge. I prepaid for the room.now I’m waiting for"
