Hotel Riu Plaza Chicago
Breakfast was bland, cups, plates, forks not clean. Housekeeping didn’t clean rooms property, wasn’t made aware roof top wasn’t open if that was the case I would have never booked. Staff poorly communicated late checkout guidelines.
