Manager came and said this is all we have but at least gave us free parking. Manager refused to accept responsibility and just kept trying to blame hotels.com. Room was old with black mould in bathroom. Great town, horrid hotel."

"The hotel is located in the city center, where you can find shops and restaurants, and of course, the famous Focaccia Genovese. It's also just a short walk from Brignole train station, and buses stop right there to get around the city. Don't forget to take bus 31 to visit Boccadasse. Excellent hotel, well-priced, friendly staff, and clean. I'll definitely be back."
