Podere i Prati – Eco-friendly Country House with Pool and Val d’Orcia Views

Podere i Prati is a panoramic country house in Val d’Orcia, surrounded by nature and tranquility. The property is managed with care for the environment, water, and energy use, offering a simple and thoughtful experience for those who appreciate slow, sustainable travel.



The 350 sqm house accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. There are 3 bathrooms in the sleeping area and 1 guest bathroom in the living area. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen adjoins the living room, featuring a table for 12 and a relaxation area with fireplace, sofas, and armchairs. The living room opens onto a large panoramic terrace with a barbecue.



Guests have access to a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.



Cots and high chairs are available for children.



Outside, you’ll find a large garden and a pool with panoramic views and sunsets over Val d’Orcia.



The house was renovated in 2007 following ecological principles and using sustainable materials. Solar energy covers part of the energy needs, and rainwater is collected for garden irrigation.



The spaces are bright and spacious, with beautiful views of the surrounding landscape, just a short distance from the medieval villages of Montepulciano, Pienza, Sarteano, San Quirico, and Radicofani.
