Room 'Acacia' with Mountain View, Shared Pool and Wi-Fi

  • Warm and welcoming double room in Tuscan style, equipped with guest comforts such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, underfloor heating, bed linen, smart TV and breakfast included. On opening days, you can also enjoy the restaurant located on the lower floor of the property. You may use the pool, which is located on our second estate just over 700 metres away and easily accessible.

    A true Tuscan farmhouse in the Pietraporciana Nature Reserve



    Located in the heart of a nature reserve, Podere Poderuccio is an ancient Tuscan farmhouse that preserves its original rural charm. After about 2 km of scenic unpaved road, accessible by any vehicle, you will be welcomed into a unique setting of nature, tranquility, and tradition.



    The property features four cozy rooms with free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and air conditioning. Guests have access to a swimming pool located at another farmhouse about 700 meters from the rooms, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing stay.



    Inside the farmhouse, there is a typical Tuscan restaurant open only for events or groups, where you can taste authentic local cuisine.
