    NEM Tiny House is a completely renovated design apartment located in Chianciano Terme, 200 meters from the Terme di Chianciano and a few minutes from the heart of the Val d'Orcia. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is designed for those looking for a wellness stay in Tuscany without sacrificing quality finishes: built-in matt black faucets, basin sink on solid wood shelf, handmade cement tiles, matt olive green kitchen with stove, oven and microwave. A stylistic consistency that is rarely found in this price range.
    The double bedroom with fabric headboard and warm lighting guarantees maximum comfort for resting. The open-plan living room with fully equipped kitchen and double sofa bed can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The private balcony with wooden table is the ideal place to relax in the evening with a glass of local wine.
    NEM Tiny House guests have access to a temperature-controlled wine cellar where they can store wines purchased during tastings in the cellars of Montepulciano and Montalcino, both reachable in less than 30 minutes. Also included in the stay is a 20% discount code for access to the Theia Thermal Pools in Chianciano Terme — one of the most popular thermal centers in Tuscany.
    For longer stays, a washing machine and dryer are available exclusively to guests. Parking is free on the street in the immediate vicinity, at no extra cost even in high season. Check-in is completely digital with autonomous access 24 hours a day.
    The location is ideal for exploring the best of southern Tuscany: Montepulciano 10 minutes away, Pienza 20 minutes away, Siena 45 minutes away and the A1 highway is easily accessible.
