Una bella struttura, comoda anche per andare a piedi al centro storico di Chianciano e molto vicina all'uscita dell'autostrada. Il personale molto gentile, la colazione ben fornita. La camera e in generale tutta la struttura non è fornita di aria condizionata ma di semplici ventilatori. Diciamo che come prezzo è un buon compromesso se non si hanno grandi pretese

Mi hanno chiamato chiamato 4 ore prima del check in per dirmi che devo andare in un altro hotel per non so che problemi familiari. Il nuovo albergo, Hotel Apollo, è stato terribile, tutto vecchio di almeno 30 anni fa, wc rotto, una spina della corrente in camera che era rotta, ranni, infiltrazioni d’acqua sul tetto del bagno. Visto che siamo arrivati a mezzanotte non ho più cercato altro albergo. Mi hanno fatto pagare stesso prezzo per delle condizioni che non c’erano proprio. Difficile capire come quel albergo sia un 3 stelle. Avrà avuto 3 stelle 30 anni fa però sin da allora, nessun tipo di manutenzione è stata fatto. Sento proprio che mi hanno rubato i soldi. Non consiglio assolutamente questo albergo.

Hotel fatiscente

Premetto che avevamo prenotato l'hotel Ferrara e arrivati sul luogo l'hotel si presentava aperto ma incustodito e abbandonato con computer accesi e sala colazione preparata.i contatti telefonici presenti sul sito erano irraggiungibili.Grazie alle informazioni dei condomini delle case vicine abbiamo saputo che il proprietario aveva un'altra struttura Hotel Attico.Giunti in questa struttura si presentava fatiscente sotto ogni aspetto.Il personale molto gentile si è scusato per la mancata comunicazione del cambio struttura per gravi e improvvisi problemi di salute del personale.Colazione sufficiente. Wi-Fi e aria condizionata presenti. La struttura dovrebbe essere ristrutturata e messa in sicurezza vista la presenza di prese di corrente scoperte e traballanti così come la rubinetteria. Per una notte ma non oltre.

Struttura datata ma in ordine con camera spaziosa e pulita, Facile il parcheggio davanti all’hotel. Ho prenotato per una notte ad un prezzo super economico e con la colazione semplice ma compresa che non mi aspettavo. Unica nota stonata? I clienti che usano il cellulare come se esistessero solo loro! Ma ovviamente i titolari della struttura non possono insegnare anche la buona educazione.
