Wonderful hotel to stay at. Amazing meals I would give it 5*. The hotel needs a little updating. A little TLC. I enjoyed the spa area but would have liked to see a nicer outdoor pool area Friendliest staff I have ever met.

A Charming Hotel

I booked the same day of arrival…they were ready for me, accommodating and very friendly. They have a spa so I splurged with a massage…fabulous. I’m surprised this hotel doesn’t have an “excellent “ rating…they should!

In the Middle of September the village is extremely quiet and most things are closed.

The hotel has a sewage smell that was very off-putting. It was dirty and old with little care and/or attention to improve it. The town in which it sits is a ‘dying area’ with nowhere to go nearby. A couple of nice staff members worked here but overall it was very, very disappointing.

We booked two rooms. One was in decent condition although not a 4 star caliber, but overall decent. The second room looked like a completely different hotel, a one star moțel. Old, cramped, dirty, musty, and overall terrible. I asked the front desk to change the room, but they refused. They just brought new sheets. Terrible experience.

Servizi e personale ottimi, camera rumorosa

Hotel che si difende bene nonostante a Chianciano Terme diverse strutture siano chiuse da tempo: terme nel piano interrato, piscina sul tetto, ristorante piacevole e colazione adeguata. Una nota di merito a tutto il personale, veramente gentile e disponibile in ogni situazione. Nota negativa la camera assegnata (608): rumorosissima, al penultimo piano e vicina al motore di condizionamento (credo). Restando due sole notti e dormendo come dei sassi non ci siamo lamentati, ma forse avremmo dovuto. Comunque sia, una camera da non augurare a nessuno (salvo che sia l'ultima..).

Albergo con Spa interna a Chianciano

L’albergo è un pò datato e in generale avrebbe bisogno di un pò di manutenzione (ma d’altra parte la maggioranza degli alberghi di Chianciano è un pò fatiscente) In generale soggiorno di una notte piacevole, personale molto gentile e accogliente, la Spa all’interno è il vero plus dell’albergo..piscina con acqua salata con cascate e idromassaggi, diversi tipi di sauna e bagno turco, personale della spa molto gentile e professionale (consiglio il trattamento orientale corpo con Samantha, fantastico!!) Colazione molto buona, varia e abbondante, dolci buonissimi.

Buon albergo nel centro di Chianciano

Nel complesso buono,grazie alla alta professionalita' e disponibilita' del personale. Ringrazio il ceck in per avermi accolto sopra le mie aspettative e richieste. Mi e' stata assegnata una camera confort al posto della basic da me prenotata. Purtroppo devo dire che la struttura ha i suoi anni e si vede per un 4 stelle. Ancora grazie al personale che cercano di colmare il gap strutturale .

camera con riscaldamento non funzionante. rimettere tutto in valigia e cambio camera. al mattino asciugacapelli non funzionante. doccia con soffione rotto. ricevuta soggiorno inviata via mail perché stampante non funzionante. esperienza poco felice. di sicuro non ci ritornerò e non lo consiglierò.
