"The hotel is excellent overall, friendly staff, comfortable bed, two tram stations near at walking distance.The only thing that I found weird, is that they don't clean your room, unless you hang the little thing on the doorknob. The staff should tell about this on check-in. Other than that, it is a great place to stay."

"The property is very modern, clean and quiet. It is a short walk to the old town and waterfront. There are many dining options nearby. Breakfast is available from the hotel but there is also a cafe in the lobby that has a variety of pastries and sandwiches at very reasonable prices. We would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone planning a visit to Annecy. "

"Really enjoyed our stay here, beautiful hotel. We were given an upgrade and had a bottle of champagne in our room to celebrate our special occasion. Staff were all so nice. Perfect spot on Lake Annecy. Will definitely be back "

"Great hotel, location is excellent with family (opposite shopping mall with food mall there); with automatic-free Geneva travel pass, also located in front of bus that goes to both Airport / train station and downtown. For pets, also good (small park outside for walking). Wasn't informed of CHF20 fee for dogs though. Breakfast (CHF25 per adult, kids eat free) is worth it (nice decent selection). Only 2 qualms (as with most hotels): 1) AC system is nonsensical / user-unfriendly... we just switched it off (I think, couldn't understand if that actually worked!); 2) only 1 hook available for 4 wet towels (family of 4)! PUT IN MORE HOOKS or TOWEL RAILS! Overall a solid stay! "
