The place is in what I consider a really great location at one end of Lake Annecy with a fantastic view across the length of the lake. "Our room was clean, bed was comfortable, room was a little snug to have access to both of our suitcases at the same time. The staff was amazing, went out of their way to help and provide information. We had an issue with the second room in our reservation (which appeared to be my fault) and they were able to accommodate us which was a huge relief. The food in the dining room was good. We didn’t have breakfast or utilize the bar during our stay. The free shuttle to and from the airport was a great bonus. We never had to wait more than 20 minutes for it. Overall, we were very happy and comfortable. I would book with them again."
