"Absolutely lovely! It was an oasis in the middle of the jungle forest. The staff are friendly and responsive. We loved the pool and the central common area. Our apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The showers were great. Please know the dirt road was quite bumpy but doable for a regular vehicle. "

"If you book here expect correspondence from Atom Heart Bacalar. We did not know this and thought the message in What’s App was phishing so we ignored it. Once we got that straightened out, things were easier. It is very remote, bring everything you need for food and drink with you. Bacalar stores are about 1/2 hour drive. "The property was very nice and pool was excellent. Each unit has a nice patio with table and outdoor seating overlooking the pool . They also have two Weber BBQs with a children play area. Very family friendly. The only complaints are about the signage on the hwy and the access road is more like a jeep trail. I would not recommend taking a car with a low suspension."
