"Quiet, comfortable bed, very clean. Decorated nicely, very cozy feeling. Nice continental breakfast in bright cheery sunroom. Great hiking nearby. Staff responsive to questions and had good recommendations for dining and hiking. Very responsive via text prior to stay even had hiking trail directions printed out for us prior to our arrival. Overall very enjoyable stay. Everything was perfect!"

"The Carriage House was beautiful, very clean, comfortable beds, great view of the Hudson River, and lots of other amenities. We brought both are dogs who enjoyed running around the area with Pearl and Ruby, Sue and John's dogs (caretakers of estate) who live downstairs from where we stayed. John was a wealth of information on where to dine, beaches and activities to do in the surrounding area. Sue is a top notched cleaner as apartment was immaculate!!I I did miss in the review when I booked...
