Great place and fantastic location

Such a nice apartment and so well located I will definitely stay again if price is comparable to hotel. 5min walk over lovely old bridge to Chester historic centre, near to good local pubs (we did a pub quiz one night!) and a CoOp opposite to get provisions from. Kitchen really well stocked with every utensil / crockery you could need and also providing salt and pepper (little touch, often missed by apartment rentals) All other anciliary items work well (tv, iron, heating, lamps etc.) Again, often not the case in apartments. Plenty of room (3 bedrooms and good size lounge upstairs and good size kitchen downstairs). Furnishings of really nice standard for a rental and bedding comfortable. Check in instructions very easy and parking instructions for free parking very clear.

Brilliant location

Our stay was great and the property is in a brilliant location, just a short walk into the centre of Chester. However we were unable to use the front bedroom because it is only single glazed and could hear everything going on outside. The property was well equipped however word benefit from a bit of tlc and a good clean. We also noticed a leak coming from the bath, which flooded the floor every time we showered and could see water marks on kitchen ceiling below. We would definitely stay again, however it's a shame we couldn't make use of the front bedroom. Thanks for having us.
