"Not enough lifts for the size of the hotel. At busy time"

"Breakfast was terrible, you have to wait ages to be seated as the restaurant is not big enough to serve the hotel. Be careful which part of the hotel you stay in, some rooms on the road are incredibly noisy and you can hear the tube every 20 seconds. No sleep!"

"Lobby area was good and clean. Fairly busy at times. Downstairs bar was very busy, not enough staff to cater for the guests. Lift access was somewhat confusing and not explained properly to the guests, there should have been someone standing at the lift to explain how it works. Room was average and it was facing the back of the hotel, the air conditioning generator was outside and omitting a very loud sound all day and night. We had to ditch the fridge off too as that was making loud clicking sound too. If you want a peaceful night sleep then it’s not an ideal room. Beds and pillows were comfy. Bathroom very average and worn out. Location was at Marble Arch, 1 minute walk from Oxford street. Plenty of eateries and shops. Perfect location for shopping."

"We stayed here for two nights the staff were great they helped with the check in and when we checked out my wife asked for two extra pillows and they bought them in straight away great location clos to everything thank you for a lovely stay "

"The hotel was just what we needed Rooms very very small but had everything we needed except tea making facilities. I would recommend this hotel to others and would definitely use again. "

"Used to be a great hotel for an airport stay, now it’s very overpriced for services. Can’t charge phones in rooms and most sockets don’t work anymore (based on two different stays recently). Staff are very unhelpful and seem annoyed to have to converse with the general public. Far too expensive for a basic stay. Stayed during major baggage problems at terminal 5, and hotel staff couldn’t have been more unhelpful if they tried."
